Who can say no to a chocolate chip cookie? I don’t think many people can. These cookies are soft, chewy and gooey in the center because that’s the way I like them. Bake them until they just start to brown on the edges then pull them straight out. You’ll have the perfect batch.

- Bake it in an oven for 10-12 mins. Please keep an eye on 8 mins and check if it's done. When done, let sit on the cookie sheet for a few minutes before removing to a cutting board or your counter to cool completely.
- Enjoy cookies with warm coffee.
Note:
- Until the cookies are just BARELY lightly browned around the edges. Watch them closely! Underbaking is better than overbaking here!
- Store them in an airtight container after they cool down.
