Recipe: Mango cheese pie (No bake)

Total time: 20 mins (need to refrigerate overnight)
Serves: 8-9 serve
Ingredients:
- Mango pulp can - 2 cups
- Cream cheese - 8 oz
- gelatin unflavored - 1 pack (1 envelope)
- Pie crust - 9 inch
Note:
- Here I used store-bought pie crust and mango pulp but you can make them at home as well, just you need to check for sweetness.
- All the Ingredients must be at room temperature.
- You can also mix this in the blender if you don't the hand mixer. Just make sure no lumps to be formed.
- If there left extra mixture then add those to small bowls and refrigerate if you don't have the crust. It will still be yummy.
Preparation:
- In a mixing bowl add cream cheese and bet it for a while until it there are no lumps. Then pour in the mango pulp. Mix these two and keep aside. Following are ingredients pictures for convenience.
- In a pot add 1/2 cup of water and bring it to boil and remove from stove. Then add the pack of gelatin to it and mix it well. Make sure there will be no lumps.
- Then mix the lukewarm gelatin to the mango and cream cheese mixture and bit it well until they all incorporated.
- Add this mixture to the pie crust and Refrigerate it overnight.
- Serve this with whipped cream or as it is.
