Simple Vanilla cake

A Very common cake that every baker begins with is a Vanilla Cake /Sponge Cake. Sharing one such recipe today. If you don't like cake with icing on it or less sugary, then this is for you. Plain simple and yet delicious. The Sponginess of the cake comes from the addition of Egg. Sponge Cake can be frosted and decorated for parties or can be had just like that with a cup of Chai.

Bread Pakoda

Bread Pakodas are great as an appetizer, finger food for any type of the gathering, and a tasty compliment for your afternoon tea. There are two ways to make this one with the potatoes stuffing and without stuffing.

Chocolate chip cookie

Who can say no to a chocolate chip cookie? I don’t think many people can. These cookies are soft, chewy and gooey in the center because that’s the way I like them. Bake them until they just start to brown on the edges then pull them straight out. You’ll have the perfect batch.

Jalapeno Bites

These are a great appetizer for an office potluck or for the party. Requires less time and effort, you can just keep them prepare until the guest arrives in then bake them.

Chocolate Browine

This is a Brownie with a dry cracker crust, a wonderfully moist texture, and a deep chocolate flavor. Brownies are often classified as "fudgy" or "cakey", yet I would describe this brownie as a cross between the two. They are wonderful plain or I often serve them for dessert with a scoop of vanilla ice cream and chocolate syrup.

Buttermilk Pancakes..!

My idea of the perfect weekend breakfast is a stack of Pancakes with butter and maple syrup dripping down its sides. I love how Pancakes use the most basic of ingredients. Just flour, sugar, salt, baking powder, an egg, a little butter, and milk. Pancakes are one of my favorite breakfast, I can have them for brunch, lunch anytime. It's very easy to make recipe. Please do try this out.

Chocolate Cake

The first recipe of my blog, on demand by one of my friends. "Shurvat methe se hone chaiye" a saying in Hindi. So to start with a sweet dish and an easy one which can be made with fewer efforts.
